Waltham, MA - Keren Diamond, RN, BSN, MBA has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Partners HealthCare at Home.

Keren initially joined Partners HealthCare at Home in October 2014 as its Chief Operating Officer, where she has focused on strengthening the organization’s core operations that have resulted in noteworthy improvements in the organization’s clinical, financial, and quality performances. She has also spearheaded the development of Partners HealthCare at Home’s innovative Advanced Clinical Programs - such as the Mobile Observation Unit and Home Hospital programs – key collaborations with colleagues throughout Partners HealthCare that are demonstrating System benefits while improving people’s lives.
Prior to joining Partners HealthCare at Home, Keren led two home health agencies in Central Massachusetts and served in senior clinical operations leadership roles at the Visiting Nurse Association of Boston (VNAB) as interim CEO from April – October 2009, and the VNA Care Network.
A registered nurse with more than 30 years of experience, Keren began her healthcare career as a nurse on the rehabilitation unit at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, worked in staff and leadership roles at Tufts Health Plan, and she has lectured on healthcare management, quality, leadership, and finance. Most of her career though has been spent the field of home healthcare, working in a variety of leadership positions.
Keren started both a new Home Health agency and a new Hospice and she developed and implemented Clinical Centers of Excellence in rehabilitation, cardiopulmonary, diabetic, and wound care. Keren served on several committees and as a board member at the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts over an eleven-year period (2005 – 2016). She was also a board member of the Hospice & Palliative Care Federation of Massachusetts (2006 – 2007). Keren has participated in a national clinical standards development project and has presented at national and international forums.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at the University of Pennsylvania, Keren went on to attain a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management (MBA) at Boston University.
